Pamela Dudley Reynolds, received a B.S in Nursing from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  Before devoting full time to motherhood, she worked in Nursing administration at the formerly named Memorial Hospital, Martinsville, Virginia.  As she became a seasoned mom, she embraced her passion of helping other families navigate their personal journey as parents and household managers.  Wherever her former NFL Linebacker husband, Ed Rannell Reynolds' job quests took him, she continued this commitment in the communities where they lived.  Ed currently is the NFL Legends Community Northeast Director.  Later, she discovered a love for education while a Health and Physical Education instructor  with Hickory Grove Christian School in Charlotte, NC.  

Pamela is currently in the field of child care.  She is committed to helping families build the foundation for healthy, respectful and loving children, and provides mentorship to new mothers.  For her, working with children has been a life calling.  

In addition to having four phenomenal sons, Ed II, Joseph, Ethan and Jason, Pamela and Ed are enjoying a new role as grandparents. 

Pamela serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Football Players Mothers Association, INC.  She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.  She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Parliamentarians.
